UPPER COLUMBIA RIVER INN, EAGLE'S NEST, LAST RESORT, & GARDEN SIDE

Our policy is as follows: Cancelling of any stay must be made by phone, speaking to a Lazy-Daze Representative, a minimum of two weeks (14 days) prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel a minimum of two weeks prior to your stay, there will be no charges placed upon your credit card. If you cancel within the 14 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged for one night’s stay. Exceptions to this policy are as follows:

During hunting and holiday seasons, a minimum of two weeks (14 days) notice of cancellation must be made by phone, speaking to a Lazy-Daze Representative. If you cancel a minimum of two weeks (14 days) prior to your scheduled arrival, there will be no charges placed upon your credit card. If you cancel within the two weeks (14 days) prior to your arrival date, you will be charged the full amount for your scheduled stay. In the event of a late cancel, 50% of the monies charged to your credit card may be applied toward a future stay in any of our lodging facilities. This is based on availability. WE WILL MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT to re book the lodging that you had reserved. If we are successful in rebooking, there will be no charge to your credit card.

COLUMBIA COTTAGES & LAST RESORT

Our policy is as follows: Cancelling of any stay at the Columbia Cottages must be made by phone, speaking to a Lazy-Daze Representative, a minimum of twenty-four hours prior to your scheduled stay. If you cancel twenty four hours prior to your reservation date, you will not be charged. If you cancel late, (less than 24 hours prior to your reservation date) you will be charged for one days stay. Exceptions to this policy are as follows:
