Jack Mitchell and his guides from the Evening Hatch ARE, honestly and simply, the best fly fishing anglers on this magnificent stretch of Upper Columbia waters. Lazy-Daze Retreats is also proud to feature Far North Charters, with Justin Hotchkiss, owner/guide. Justin was born and raised here, and has spent many a day fishing the Upper Columbia River. He is knowledgeable and passionate about this fishery, having spent his whole life investigating these waters. Justin offers a variety of angling from fly fishing to spinning gear.
	All packages include guided fishing trips, and overnight lodging at the beautiful Lazy-Daze Log Cabin nestled on the banks of the Upper Columbia. Every room has a great view of the river. Your guides are truly well versed in the waters of the Upper Columbia, having many years experience on this fishery. Their experience on fishing these waters is unequaled by any other guide service. Your day begins with a hearty breakfast, before joining your guide on the banks below, leaving from the lodge’s own private dock, or the shoreline. Depending on the time of year, a sack lunch will be provided, or if in the summer months, you might take a lunch break and siesta back at the lodge, before going out for the evening run. Top that off with a relaxing massage by our licensed LMP/LMT. (priced separately) Dinner is provided, or if you have brought in your catch, you might want to try the barbeque out on the deck. Perhaps a soak in the hot tub that sits on the deck, overlooking the waters, might just be what the Doctor ordered. A perfect nightcap to a memorable day might be a beverage of your choice, as you sit out on the deck, soaking in the peaceful tranquility that your surroundings provide you in awesome abundance.
