POLICY FOR EAGLES NEST |
• It is our policy to run charges at the time of reservation. • Master Card/Visa are accepted. • A $350.00 refundable security deposit is required, prior to or upon arrival using a credit card, cash, travelers or certified checks. • A non-refundable cleaning deposit also applies and must be paid prior to or upon arrival. See rate sheet. • Smoking in the Lodge is strictly prohibited. Violators of this policy will totally forfeit the security deposit and your credit card will be charged $200.00 for the purification of the lodge. • Should you request housecleaning during your stay, it is available. • Any damages to, or missing items from the lodge will be charged to your credit card, should they exceed your security deposit. • Charges on your credit card will appear as Tri-King, LLC. • Reminder: Unregistered guests will be charged. CANCELLATION POLICY • If cancellation is made 15 or more days prior to reserved arrival date, a 75% refund or full credit toward another date will be given. We will make every effort to re-book the lodge for the dates of your reservation. If we are successful in rebooking, we will give you full refund , or should you desire, credit towards another stay. • If cancellation is made 0 to 14 days
prior to date of reservation, no refunds or credits will be given, unless
we are able to re-book the dates you had reserved. We will make every
effort to do so. If we are successful in rebooking your reservation
dates, we will give you full refund or should you desire, credit towards
another stay. RELEASE FROM LIABILITY Registered guests,
and all persons accompanying registered guests, hereby accept full responsibility
for their personal property and safety and irrevocably release and hold
harmless Tri-King, LLC., it’s affiliates, associates, and representatives
from any liability whatsoever arising from loss, damage, or personal injury
of any severity due to theft or accident while on the premises or in the
vicinity of rented lodging. |
